The Workshop’s aim is to explain, guide and exhibit the way through which the Exercise Specialist can organize and provide training sessions that include a different type of Circuit Training, the one that incorporates Complex, Multi-joint and Functional Exercises. During such training sessions the attendant is required to perform diverse, multidimensional exercises while applying: movement consciousness, flow control and ‘’movement spread’’. Certain exercises included in the 3D Circuit belong to the ‘‘Functional Training’’ domain, whereas certain others proceed further into the realm of ‘’3D Movement’’. 3D Circuit constitutes an organized group or personal training session and it is based upon the training principles of E.B.C.
