During such training sessions the attendant is required to perform diverse\, multidimensional exercises while applying: movement consciousness\, flow control and ‘’movement spread’’. Certain exercises included in the 3D Circuit belong to the ‘‘Functional Training’’ domain\, whereas certain others proceed further into the realm of ‘’3D Movement’’. 3D Circuit constitutes an organized group or personal training session and it is based upon the training principles of E.B.C. Training System©\, with the approval of the European College of Sports & Exercise Physicians (ECOSEP). \n  \nSECTION Ι:   THEORETICAL APPROACH \n09:00 – 10:45 \nBasic terms & Program Design for 3D Circuit sessions \nBreak \nSECTION II: From Theory to Practice \n11:00 – 13:00 \nPractical Application a) 3D Circuit complete class conduction \n\nb) Interaction: questions & discussion \n\n  \nWorkshop Instructor: \nMenia Kazaki\, MSc\, Sports Science Specialist\, Health & Fitness Professional & Educator \nMenia Kazaki has a Master’s Degree (MSc) of the Interdepartmental Program of Postgraduate Studies “Human Performance & Health” of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The use of AI technologies for health holds great promise and has already contributed to important advances in fields and can improve the delivery of health care\, such as prevention\, diagnosis and treatment of disease. The use of AI for health nevertheless raises ethical\, legal and social concerns\, that should be adequately addressed. \n  \nArtificial Intelligence: The next Champion \nFrom personalized training and diet\, to scouting and recruiting\, to player and team performance\, to match predictions and betting\, AI and Big Data analytics are pervasively entering the sports domain and changing the game. This talk discusses the necessary properties of such AI systems\, their legal requirements and socio-ethical implications at the micro (individuals) and macro (groups and society at large) level. \n  \nProtecting data and other impossible missions \nThe intervention’s scope is to present what is at stake\, emerging threats and also opportunities that are created in what appears to be for the time being a partially unregulated environment penetrated by new technologies\, in particular within the extended health domain. \n

Regular exercise is known to prevent cardiovascular disease\, but in rare cases\, it is intimately related to sudden death due to unknown underlying heart diseases. It is also well known\, that most of these events can be prevented by optimizing the pre-participation screening. The purpose of this Round Table is to highlight the scientific data related to the frequency of occurrence and the causes of sudden death in sports and to highlight the preventive measures that must be adopted so that we do not become part of such events in the professional sports areas. \n  \nThe roundtable is implemented in the context of the scientific activities of the Inter-Institutional Graduate Program: “Clinical Practice and Applications of Technology in Health” in collaboration with the T.E.F.A.A. Student Association “Spyros Louis” and is dedicated to the memory of the student Georgia Solanaki\, who unexpectedly left us a year ago during her daily training. \n  \nNOTE: The Round Table is supported by the participation of the “Association of Cardiovascular Patients Promoting the Support\, Rehabilitation and Prevention of Heart Disease in the Prefecture of Rodopi” \n
