The innovative Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Program (IIPP) titled “Clinical Exercise and Applications of Technology in Health”, aims to provide specialized knowledge on the role of physical activity and exercise in health promotion, both in healthy individuals and clinical populations. At the same time, it emphasizes the integration of modern technological applications in the field of health and rehabilitation.
More specifically, the program focuses on deepening the understanding of the pathophysiology of cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders, highlighting the functional adaptations induced by systematic exercise. Within this framework, it promotes an interdisciplinary approach and hands-on training in the implementation of exercise programs and related interventions, utilizing technological tools for the prevention and rehabilitation of chronic diseases.
